I wanted to take this opportunity to tell you how Yankee Trails helped to make Shaker Junior High School's annual trip to Washington, D.C. a huge success ..... Thank you for helping to make this a wonderful experience for our students.

I received back the questionnaires from guests on the King George Travel Tour ... 100% of the guests marked Excellent (the highest score) for both, courteous and driving ability. Some of them put some additional comments like "Wow", "Fantastic" ....

.... I have to tell you, our driver Don Dooling was Ah-May-Zing! He was super kind, knowledgeable and courteous.

... Everyone has been talking about all the bus drivers today and how much fun they were. All of them were so thorough in taking everyone's phone numbers down. They were very impressive.

My music students and I recently returned from a great 4-Day trip to Hershey, PA and we had two awesome Yankee Trails Drivers for the duration of our trip ...

...Our bus driver Charlie was absolutely wonderful! ...He was very punctual and kind...His driving was spectacular, he was extremely safe and trustworthy, and our safety was his number one priority.

I dealt with both Erin and Kathleen to arrange for bus transportation for a wedding. I was so impressed by how professional and responsive they were! The service was impeccable. I would highly recommend using them for your transportation needs. I will certainly use them again!

In response to a survey that is given following each Gerber Tour, this customer "Strongly Agreed" that the bus transportation provided was clean and well maintained, was relatively new, the driver was friendly, courteous, safe and always punctual and the group would request him again.

Our Driver, Josh, arrived early, in a clean and well maintained coach, confirmed the destination and route with me and any stops we wanted to make. We left promptly and he got us there in a safe and timely manner ... a credit to his skills as a driver ... you can be sure I'll call YT again!

I just wanted to take the time to express my gratitude for the organization of our Boston trip ... Every excursion went off without issue and Kenneth did an amazing job being "on time" for every drop off and pick up ... I speak for both the chaperones and students when I say we had a fantastic time.
